Being a staff member here provides me with great experience to develop skills, and sometimes, even makes my day! As head of media, it’s my job to keep them in check, and make sure that it’s up to standards. On the flip side, moderation is still great fun and a challenge; allowing me to socialise and make sure that nobody ruins the experience for others.
