Coastline Roleplay has potential, but unfortunately Coastline Roleplay's staff team has serious power tripping and abuse problems in my experience, which I believe is consistent with quite a few other reviews that have been posted here. In one of my experiences (a pending IA report, who knows if it will be dealt with), I was harassed by staff members for flying a drone near myself, being tased and pepper sprayed, then held with cuffs and warned, because apparently I was the one that was 'harassing staff' by simply flying a drone. In addition, a Coastline staff member, Meowskers_, told me to terminate my life in my direct messages which is insanely disgraceful. But that of course isn't the only negative experience with staff, when it comes to the Discord, there is significant power tripping by staff where they will regularly suppress you (via warning, muting, topic change etc) for simply having an opinion or making a fair criticism of anything, even without actually breaking any server rules. Some of these staff members even gloat about their power tripping and muting of people for excessive time periods. Even one member of their management had acknowledged in my direct messages that their staff team has serious abuse problems, and even offered to create an IA ticket on my behalf after witnessing some of the abuse that occurred after I simply flew a drone near myself (this was then reported by me). Outside of both staff in-game and discord abuse/power tripping, when it comes to the state of the policing roleplay in Coastline, it is beyond abominable and I am shocked as to how there are people who have any interest in whitelisted in policing in Coastline. For one, the majority of the whitelisted police are children (probably between 13-14) and have zero understanding of the law, they regularly harass you for doing things that are totally legal, such as recording in public recording police, or something as simple as standing on a footpath.
