After joining in May of 2023 and becoming a staff member in August that year, I've dedicated extensive amounts of time to ensure that NJRP operates at the best capacity through Staff, as well as departments. Since then, I've risen through the ranks in Staff and joining the Director Team as an Assistant Director in October of 2025, as well as Director of NJSP, a department, and Director of USMS, a venture.
