If a staff member breaks a rule in-game, they risk termination, instead the 4 ranks listed get no punishment at all. Moderations made by moderators are getting deleted by them if it's an account they own to only protect their image. They make the server seem unprofessional while the 4 ranks listed above do everything correctly to improve the server rating. Only rating 1 star because of active the server is and the primary moderation team (mods, admins, management, and hr).
