I first joined in game on September I still remember I was playing around and challenged myself to get just staff in a very active sever. After I called mod and asked for the discord code from there it all was history. I have never been staff if your not counting the Hire is free severs. I submitted my application some how it got accepted. Somedays later I started my first training what my trainer was rawshaw a staff member that is no longer here, that I failed and I was furious, but I never gave up. The second one was with Mrunk a staff member that's not here anymore. This one I could see I have done better, but I still failed. The final training was with the trainers Matyas and Mrunk and this time I had my notepad open and ready to answer any questions, this one I became a staff member. And I still have screenshots of matyas sending me the menoly link. After that training I started my journey, stayed loyal to UKBRUM I can still remember the times when the sever was in a bad state. But I did not gave up. As of that time, no applications for High Ranking members all way to get to a high rank was by going to ever rank. One nigh karam was back and the sever was full. That there I was on duty and then I get a ping in staff action. I was scared if I have done something wrong, but no. All I see is staff promotion to management. I was very happy and form of there I started working harder, harder and harder, and know I am in the Directorate team.
