About Me

Hello, I am George. On Discord I am better known as simply 'Zeus'. I've been playing in ERLC private servers since before Covid, and have held senior positions. I was the Acting Owner for MRP from December 2025 to June 2026, having previously been the server's Director. Being founded in 2021, MRP is ERLC's oldest military server at over five years old. Under my leadership we had multiple full sessions after a year of inactivity after bringing together a new bulletproof HR team. UKLRP is a British server with over 3,500 members. I have much experience in their staff team, and am currently the Chief of Staff. My responsibilities as Chief of Staff include managing the 40+ strong UKLRP staff team, composing and updating key staff documents, growing the team as a whole, and arranging & reporting on both staff-wide and SHR meetings. Before becoming the Chief of Staff, I was UKLRP's Head of Internal Affairs. Gaining the position a fortnight into my time in IA, and days after my probation ended, it was clear that the then Director was impressed. During my time as Head of Internal Affairs, I grew the team significantly, managing complex investigations involving high ranking members. My responsibilities included ensuring that the Internal Affairs team represented UKLRP well, keeping the lower ranks disciplined, and contributing to wider server discussions with Management.
