Hey there guys. Trooper here. I've been staff a handfull of times and I've been WL in many departments. I'll just say this, moderation is good. You'll rank slowly (at least when I was serving my tours) but it's rewarding. I recommend joining either RCFR (Fire Dept.), LCSO, or LSP. LSP is strict but I promise you, it's the most rewarding department when people are on. RCFR is amazing but we're silntly dying almost. I still love all of the departments and in my opinion, no department is better than the other. Some people do mess around in game but that's anywhere.
