Quarter, hes a very decent person to have on your team, not going to say hes perfect or anything but he does know how to help out. I would not recommend playing in his erlc servers when he isnt arround as his staff take advantage of him, personally ive had over 30 reports on his brand new server with 50 members in under 1 month, these reports have been about NSFW, Corruption, Failing to manage the server correctly and so much more.
